Wings Terms of Use

Wings is the free help desk bot of the Wings of Valhalla Discord server, run by me as Winged V Studios. By using it you agree to these terms, and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Answers

Wings answers by quoting its sources: the community guide, which a member of the community writes, my own notes, and the mod's own data. A small language model picks which lines to quote, so an answer can miss your question, and a source can be out of date. When it matters, check in game, or open a ticket and ask a person.

Tickets

• Use tickets for the Wings of Valhalla mods: bug reports, how-to questions, server help and anything else about them.
• The public fields of a bug report or a "How do I" question go on a public post. Each form says which fields are public. Keep anything private out of those fields.
• Never put a password, or someone else's personal details, in a ticket.
• Staff can close a ticket, and delete it once its transcript is saved.
• The server's rules apply. Spam or abuse through Wings can lose you access to it.

No promises

Wings is given as it is. It may be offline at times, it may change, and its answers may be wrong. I am not responsible for what happens if you act on an answer.

Privacy

What Wings keeps, and how to have it deleted, is in the Wings Privacy Notice.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Using Wings after a change means you accept the new terms.
